ICICI Prudential Regular Savings Fund announces change
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has approved the following change in terms of the enabling provisions of the Scheme Information Document of ICICI Prudential Regular Savings Fund with effect from 14 December 2011: The maximum amount that can be invested by an investor (across all folios of investor) under the scheme shall be Rs. 15 crore, on cumulative cost basis.

All the other provisions of the Scheme Information Document/addendums except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.

ICICI Prudential Regular Savings Fund (IPRSF) is an open-ended income fund that intends to provide reasonable returns, by maintaining an optimum balance of safety, liquidity and yield, through investments in a basket of debt and money market instruments with a view to delivering consistent performance.
